Payment Policy (Full Plan — No Installments Allowed)

1. Full Payment Required

• The Anthology Package is $500 per person.

• This is a full payment plan only.

• No installment plans, partial payments, or payment arrangements are accepted for this package.

• Payment must be made in full before any work begins, including editing, coaching, formatting, or design.

2. No Work Released Without Full Payment

• All project components—including editing, design files, formatting, and upload to Amazon—will only be completed and released after full payment is received.

3. Non-Refundable Policy

• Due to the custom nature of editing, formatting, coaching sessions, and design work, all payments for this package are non-refundable.

4. Client Responsibilities

• Each participant must submit:

  • Bio

  • Scripture

  • Devotion

  • Any additional content requested

• Failure to submit content on time may result in delays to the overall anthology schedule.

5. Late Submissions

• If a participant submits their required content late, they may risk:

  • Being removed from the current anthology

  • Or being transferred to the next available anthology

• No refunds will be issued for missed deadlines.

6. Project Timeline

• The timeline for completion depends on:

  • Number of participants

  • Prompt submission of all required materials

  • Editing turnaround times

7. Professional Rights

• The company maintains the right to remove any content that is:

  • Plagiarized

  • Inappropriate

  • Violates publishing guidelines

  Group Pricing Structure

  The anthology package is $500 per person.
  Group rates are calculated as follows:

  4-Person Group Package

  4 × $500 = $2,000 total

  5-Person Group Package

  5 × $500 = $2,500 total

  6-Person Group Package

  6 × $500 = $3,000 total

  All group payments must be submitted as one total payment per group or individually per person, depending on how you choose to invoice your participants.
