Payment Terms

Payments are automatically charged monthly

Subscription remains active until the full balance is paid

Clients must remain subscribed to continue participation in the program
Program Access & Compliance
To remain active in the program:

Clients must enroll in the $140 monthly subscription

Refusal to enroll in the approved payment plan may result in removal from the program
-
Program access, guidance, and materials are contingent upon active payments
Non-Refundable Policy
All payments made under this subscription are non-refundable.

Payments apply to work already completed, in progress, and administrative costs

If a client is removed or voluntarily exits the program before the balance is paid in full, all payments made remain non-refundable

Any remaining balance after removal is still owed
Materials & Deliverables

All materials, drafts, documents, and resources remain the property of The Write Path Publishing until the account is paid in full

Materials will be released only after full payment is received

If the balance is not paid in full, no materials will be released

Once the balance is paid in full, materials will be delivered as outlined in the program
Failure to Maintain Payments

Failure to continue monthly payments may result in immediate program suspension
-
Accounts not in good standing risk permanent removal
-
Removal due to non-payment does not qualify for refunds
