2. PAYMENT TERMS

Full Payment Option ($3,000)

If you want to pay the full $3,000 upfront and begin immediately, contact us:

We can accept different payment methods or send a direct invoice.

Installment Plan Option ($500 Monthly)

You may pay in six (6) monthly installment payments of $500.

Important Notes

• Your book will NOT be edited, formatted, illustrated, designed, converted, or uploaded to the publishing site until the full $3,000 balance is paid.

• All installment payments are 100% NON-REFUNDABLE.

• You may cancel at any time, but payments already made will not be returned.

Pausing Payments

You may pause your installment at any time.

However:

• If your payment remains paused over 30 days, we may cancel your policy.

• No refunds will be given.

• Payments cover time spent preparing, reviewing, and managing your project.

Declined Payments

If your card declines:

• A $5 Decline Fee applies per decline.

• Work stops until the payment goes through.

3. RULES & REGULATIONS

A. Work Will Not Begin Without Active Payment

No editing, coaching, formatting, design, or publishing site upload will begin unless your payments are current.

B. Strict No-Refund Policy

All payments—full or installments—are non-refundable.

C. Author Responsibilities

You must:

• Submit all required materials on time

• Provide author photo if needed

• Attend coaching sessions

• Respond promptly to messages

• Review drafts and revisions as scheduled

D. Completion Time

Estimated completion: 60–120 days, depending on:

• Submission speed

• Editing needs

• Illustration timeline

• Payment status

• Communication

E. Conduct

Disrespectful, rude, or inappropriate communication may result in immediate termination with no refund.

F. Revisions Included

• Editing up to 100 pages

• Three editing sessions

• Basic revisions included

• Additional revisions require additional payment

G. Ownership & Rights

After the full $3,000 is paid:

• You own 100% of your manuscript

• You keep 100% of royalties

• We provide publishing assistance only

H. Publishing Site Upload

We will upload your book to your publishing site or platform of choice.

You are responsible for:

• Your publishing dashboard

• Tax information

• Royalty management

• Price changes

4. TERMINATION POLICY

Your agreement may be terminated if:

• Payments are paused for 30+ days

• Payments decline repeatedly

• You fail to provide materials

• You violate communication rules

• You cancel the service (no refunds issued)

If terminated:

• All work stops

• No files, drafts, illustrations, edits, or designs will be released until the full $3,000 balance is paid

5. POLICY CHANGES

We have the right to change this policy at any given time. It is your responsibility to review the policy and understand it. If you do not understand the policy, you may ask questions at any time.
