Since payments must be full monthly payments, the structure will be:

• 6 full payments of $150 = $900

Policy for “My Storytime Paperback Package”

1. Installment Requirements

• This package allows installment payments of $150 per month, with the final month adjusted based on the remaining balance.

• Payments are due every 30 days from your initial payment date.

• A card must remain on file for automatic billing.

2. Late Payment Fees

• A $5 late fee will be added if payment is not received within 24 hours of the due date.

• If payment is more than 72 hours late, your project will be paused.

• Work will resume only when all late fees and past-due payments are paid.

3. Work Release Policy

• No files, designs, editing drafts, interior layouts, or final documents will be released until the final installmentis paid.

• Uploading your book to the publishing site will only occur after the balance is paid in full.

4. Project Suspension & Cancellation

• Missing two consecutive payments will result in:

  • Project cancellation

  • Loss of your place in the production schedule

• To restart, the following must be paid:

  • All overdue installments

  • All late fees

  • A $25 reinstatement fee

5. Non-Refundable Policy

• This package is non-refundable because it includes coaching, editing labor, design work, and customized production services.

6. Client Responsibilities

You must submit the following on time to avoid delays:

• Rough draft or outline

• Photos (if any)

• Bio

• Any additional requested materials

Failure to submit materials on time extends your timeline but does not pause payments.

7. Content Requirements & Publishing Rights

• Content must be original.

• Plagiarized or inappropriate work may be rejected.

• You retain full copyright to your book.

• We reserve the right to decline content that violates publishing standards.
