Installment Option: $250 monthly for eight (8) installment payments

1. SERVICE INCLUSIONS

The Storyteller Package includes:

• Monthly Coaching Sessions (30–60 minutes as needed)
• ISBN for print format
• Content Editing up to 60 pages
• Additional pages at $0.50 per page
• Book Formatting
• Interior Book Design
• Custom Book Cover (includes author picture)
• Upload on Publishing Site
• Education on Collecting Royalties
• Branding Tips

2. PAYMENT TERMS

Full Payment Option ($2,000)

If you would like to pay the full balance upfront to begin services immediately, please contact us:

We can accept alternative payment methods or send you a direct invoice.

Installment Plan Option ($250 Monthly)

You may choose to pay in eight monthly installment payments of $250.

Please note:

• Your book will NOT be edited, formatted, designed, uploaded, or published until the entire balance is paid in full.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time, but all payments made are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Pausing Payments

You may pause your monthly payment at any time.
However:

• If your payment remains paused for more than 30 days, we reserve the right to cancel your policy, and no refunds will be issued.
• Payments already made cover the time spent gathering information, reviewing materials, and preparing your project.

Declined Payments

If your card declines:

• A $5 Decline Fee will be charged for each declined attempt.
• All services will pause until the payment is successfully processed.

3. RULES & REGULATIONS

A. Work Will Not Begin Without Active Payment

No editing, design, formatting, or uploading will begin unless your account is active and payments are up to date.

B. No Refund Policy

All payments made toward this service are non-refundable, regardless of cancellation, pause, delay, or service termination.

C. Author Responsibilities

You must:

• Provide all materials in a timely manner
• Submit your author photo for the cover
• Communicate promptly
• Attend scheduled coaching sessions
• Review drafts and approve revisions

Delays on your part will delay production.

D. Processing & Completion Timeline

Completion time depends on:

• Your submission speed
• Editing needs
• Payment status
• Communication response time

Estimated completion: 60–120 days

E. Conduct

Disrespectful or abusive communication may result in immediate termination of services with no refund.

F. Revisions

Includes:

• Editing up to 60 pages
• One round of revisions
• Additional revisions require an extra fee

G. Ownership & Rights

After full payment:

• You own 100% of your manuscript and royalties
• We only assist with formatting, design, and uploading

H. Publishing Site Upload

We upload your book to the publishing site.
You are responsible for:

• Managing your publishing account
• Updating tax information
• Checking royalty payouts

4. TERMINATION POLICY

Your agreement may be terminated if:

• Payments are paused for over 30 days
• Payments decline repeatedly
• Required materials are not submitted
• Communication rules are violated
• You request cancellation (refunds will not be issued)

If terminated:

• All work stops immediately
• No files, edits, designs, or drafts will be released until full balance is paid

5. POLICY CHANGES (AS REQUESTED)

We have the right to change this policy at any given time. It is your responsibility to review all policies and understand the policy. If you do not understand the policy, you can frequently ask questions.
